This is a general-purpose automatic wire cutting and stripping machine, suitable for processing multi-strand copper BVR wires within 25mm2, or hard BV wires within 16mm2. If the wire size is less than 10mm2, we can modify the machine to a double-wire type, which can process 2 wires at a time to improve the capacity.

The program is powerful and supports a variety of wire stripping methods, such as full stripping, half stripping, middle stripping, etc. If you want to process flat ribbon cables, the optional ribbon cable slitting device can be selected, which can realize the function of automatic splitting and stripping.

It has a program memory function, which can save up to 99 groups of programs, and can easily save the processing parameters of different wires into different program numbers, and the corresponding parameters can be easily called out by entering the program number.

This machine is driven by 6 feeding wheels, it uses 2 sets of feeding wheels to feed the wire, which greatly increases the pulling force of the wheel, so it can effectively increase the stripping length, and at the same time, it can prevent the wire from slipping and improve the wire feeding accuracy.

Steel wheels are used by default, and rubber wheels are optional. The advantage of the steel wheel is that the pulling force is large and the stripping ability is strong, which is suitable for stripping big wires. The advantage of the rubber wheel is that it will not crush the surface of the wire skin, and it is generally used for thin wires.
